Once everything is set up, we follow a simple and predictable workflow. This process can be scheduled monthly or quarterly—the price remains the same regardless of frequency. We offer full-service bookkeeping solutions to small businesses, including bank reconciliations and financial reporting. Let us help keep your finances organized and your business running smoothly.
• You provide our team with access to view your online banking transactions to download bank statements directly, OR
• You send bank statements to our email, OR
• If your bank allows direct downloads to QuickBooks, no action is needed on your side.
• In cases where checks are issued manually or received, and their images are available only in the bank account, access may be required to retrieve them.
• Our team sends you a list of questions within a week after receiving the last statement for the reporting period.
• (For example, many credit card statements close mid-month, not at the end of the month.)
• You respond to the questions at your convenience.
• If you don’t respond within a week, all unanswered transactions will be categorized under a special account called “Ask My Accountant.”
• This account will be visible in your P&L report, allowing you to easily track items that require further clarification.
• Any unanswered items will be included in the next month’s list of questions.
• If you’re unavailable or too busy, don’t worry—nothing gets lost or forgotten, and your reports will remain accurate and up to date.
• We provide a management report that includes P&L (Profit & Loss), Balance Sheet, and any additional QuickBooks reports you may need—at no extra charge.
• You can schedule an online meeting with us at any time to make changes to your records or discuss any updates to your business.
• After 12 months of this structured process, you are fully prepared for tax season—with no stress, last-minute surprises, or missing numbers.
